Yup our landlord at work was like clear out one side of you office so we can move other people in. You have one week. This will take me and all my techs the next few days to do. And he is tentative about it. So it might not even happen and I am leaving at the end of next week so we have even less time to all gang up on it. In the mean time we have to take care of our clients needs and I have a new person to onboard next week as well. Chaos.

My current landlord at home (we're moving next week) asked Monday if he and the new tenants could come in a take measurements this Friday. At 1PM. Kind of specific, but whatever. I told him the wife (who is home days at that time) would have to get back to him to make sure that it was okay. She might have forgot, or was just putting him off, but with no other warning, he just came in with the tenants today. Luckily a friend was driving by and saw them leaving and told us.

I called him to ask if it was him and he got real defensive and said "I just have to give you notice, I don't need your permission!"

Guy is a dick. He just bought the place, didn't get the proper leases from the previous owner, keeps thinking stuff that is ours is his, and didn't seem all that intent on fixing the issues with the place (namely the asshole neighbors) so when another place came up for rent, we jumped on it. And ever since he's acting like we're inconveniencing HIM, yet he was the one who didn't give enough time between us moving out, and new tenants moving in, to clean the carpets, paint the walls, etc.

Whoo, that was a long rant. Sorry.

Its okay that shit is complicated I know. Trying right now to get a place in November. I am thinking I am ahead of the curve for this one place I am nailing down. But it may be more down to the wire haha. And in between that time I need to propose to my girlfriend haha. This year has been busy man.

Tell me about it. We got three guys here at work getting married, one being MY employee and he's off today getting licenses and meeting pastors and whatnot. SO I've been alone here since 6:30AM. Which hasn't been so bad, it was a slow morning. But now customers are losing their shit because it's afternoon, and they want cars fixed by the weekend, and I have a hand in making that happen. If I can. But I'm the only one here until 6PM so.... take a number, people.

Yea we are 4 full timers and 4 part timers. Soooo often I am here alone. Lots of stuff to do not always enough people to do it and then clients get pissy over the phone. You know the rest. Anyways. Make someone get you coffee and some munchies haha. When my techs go out to lunch I am like hey dont come back empty handed. I am usually the first one here and last one to leave.

Cars and Coffee tomorrow and then I am hiking up Old Rag. It is going to be a longggg day.
